It's that time again. The time when the sky is turned black, not by clouds, but by bugs. The time when you walk outside with your hands flying around you to keep yourself free from the mating creatures flying everywhere. The season of love bugs has unfortunately returned. It's a good thing these creatures love each other 24/7 because I'm not aware of anyone else who loves them. Service yesterday was spent swatting them away as we made our way to the doors covered by them. It's interesting that many people believe love bugs are actually man made-the result of some UF genetics experiment gone wrong...if that were the case, I guarantee that careless scientist would no longer be around to see the fruit of his labors. That rumor does however appear to be
false. Good to know human meddling isn't completely to blame for these nuisances.

ewww amen sistah! after we drove to the airport, my mom's car was COVERED....que gross! and the other day, one got stuck in my hair but what was really weird was that one of the bugs was still alive and the other one was dead, so he was basically dragging around his dead wife. silly bugs.
